The San Benito Student Housing project represents Phase 1 of UCSB’s two phase Student Housing Infill & Redevelopment Program, which aims to provide much-needed student housing and student amenities to meet the Long-Range Development Plan (LRDP) of introducing 3,500 new student beds to campus by 2029.
The San Benito project is planned to add approximately 2,239 student beds with 4-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and studio apartments, plus a variety of community amenities. Pre-register and upload your company information here!
