BuildOUT California is beyond proud to announce that ENR Magazine, the construction industry’s publication of record, has selected Danica Mason as one of their Top Young Professionals from their Pacific Northwest Region.
ENR’s Top Young Professionals annual award program recognizes individuals under 40 years of age in each of their 10 regions who have shown extraordinary career leadership and service. A panel of independent judges reviewed 25 candidates from Washington, Oregon and Alaska to determine the Top 10 for 2024 from which Danica Mason was selected.
Winners from each of ENR’s 10 regions are automatically entered into their National Top 20 Under 40 contest and each of the rising young leaders will be highlighted in the February issue of ENR California & Northwest.
Danica and Red Team Go! have been an integral part of BuildOUT California’s success. She has been an active participant in our Transportation Working Group, Founders Day 2023 and 2024, and the expansion of our global engagement programs. She is an expert on Alternative Project Delivery, has been actively involved with numerous heavy civil firms on the Caltrans Middle Mile Broadband Project, and was successful in leading the pursuit for Cal Poly San Luis Obispo’s Waste Water Treatment Capital Project pursuit where GSE was the prime and their winning proposal which included a 1.5% LGBT utilization commitment and the inclusion of LGBT business participation during the competitive bidding process.
